If you go back and look at post 4209 from David, you will see that the number of Bill's post that David was responding to (in parentheses after Bill's name) is missing. As far as I know, this only happens when the post is pulled by SI. Since David conveniently copied Bill's message into his response, Bill's main point has been preserved for future reference.

Sorry I can't provide the link. Apparently Wexler's post was taken down (I didn't turn him in, by the way). If he isn't seen around here soon, I'll assume he was taken down for a while, too. That's what can happen when you violate the terms of service regarding abusive posts. Surprised you didn't notice the lack of the link in my post that you are complaining about. I would have thought it would have been obvious . . . without any research. Do I get an apology now?
