Bob I'll bet the correlation between ML's ranking and the stocks' returns is about as high as you'd get from using dartboard. Qualcomm is my number #1 holding, and many of us QTips feel it will be at 300 by 1/1/00. Does ML give any reason for its lowly 50th place ranking?
