PROBLEM FIXABLE (from the dell thread rudedog/jim kelley)drivers can not drive more than 2 bus slots and maintain critical timing. Capacitive loading will slow down the signals. Sometimes the motherboards have signal skewing due to the geometric layout. Motherboard capacitance can vary by +- 10 % from batch to batch.

So the engineering and manufacturing processes are always important with the high clock speed boards.

It's completely fixable!
