Exclusive depends on whether the switches are newly replaced or exsisting.

I would est gte & Bel are provisioning 3,000 to 4,000 a week min. Very shortly I would expected this number to double when AOL and others begin to come on line with their own DSL promotions.

3 drivers that will cause DSL to explode

1) the bottom is falling out of dial-up access fees. Look for major ISP to get aggressive on DSL to protect access revenues.

2) Voice on DSL (VoDSL) is an absolute CLEC's dream.
Imagine if I ,the CLEC, with my OE equip could lease a (one) digital conditioned for $18.50 and explode that with DSL in to 21 phone lines. That is major economies. From my cage I could kill the market for small business communication in a mile & 1/2 radius.

3) Competition - The landscape for the RBOC is going to change drastically in the next 2 years. And they have no choice to spend and do what it takes. And it is going to cost a ton and will take a whole bunch.

This isnt even the first pitch in the bandwidth to the masses game.

Westell should be a winner But I would own ALA also.

Weekly just bad, so (if I was a long-termer) I would stay away until the stoch reached 20 or less and looked for 6 support or 5. A year end event, if the stoch traces out as previous times. Daily can give a hint of 8, but the market must continue beyond 10700 to 10800 for more.

WSTL way too risky to trade here for me.
