I would imagine that HITT management are more than a little nervous about the whole LFT thing. I notice they've gotten really quiet about their $20 M lawsuit. Think its finally dawned on them that all the publicity might just attract regulatory eyes to their PR and the highly interesting LFT?? There's a poster on RB who talks about shorts "puckering at both ends" If I were DR I'd be puckering when I think of Acts2's "homework project" and the results it might bring.
