The problem with your assertion is that the protection of your rights takes the effort of other human beings. Your rights don't exist in a vacuum, sorry, you may disagree, but they don't.

I feel very humble, and very confused, by the fact that litigation, which you rely on to protect rights, requires coercion ~ juries won't serve without being coerced, witnesses must be compelled to testify, the defendant can be haled into court, and his/her property made to satisfy judgments, etc., etc., etc. Whether you agree or don't, it's a simple fact, and it's not something I feel comfortable with.

It is morally, and logistically, impossible, to protect your rights without infringing, potentially, the rights of others.
