kathy,

Looks like our turtle is heading the wrong way. I wonder if he has a Y2K problem.

I probably should have posted to you when I noticed the stock reversing its trend in the 30's but I hope you arent mad at me. I did sell over 1/2 my shares but will look for a re-entry when its time.

This might be temporary. If IMCL has the science and its going well then things should be okay and recover. I cant possibly believe Merck of Europe would have done their DD then funded IMCL as well as building them a plant if they didnt believe things were kosher here. I'm sure their attorneys researched the patents too.

Crossing my fingers for IMCL and us....

Jane

Hi Kathy! Good to hear from you! Hope all is well.

I skimmed the s3. Patent disputes are fairly common, and I am mystified that a potential dispute should have such an adverse affect. Makes me wonder what I missed, or are the institutions overreacting?

I'm in from 25 for the long term, but seeing a stock fall 30% in two days makes one think: Where there's smoke...

If the secondary offering is cancelled or postponed it will be an indication of real trouble, IMHO.
