Goldman Sachs....

>>Norman, Thanks for the recap. I also heard, on numerous occasions, from a broker at a major brokerage company, that Goldman Sachs was shorting Zenith in 1997 because they were tipped that Zenith was filing a prepackaged Chapter 11. I am aware, also, that one (if not two) of Zenith's directors have ties with Goldman Sachs.

I believe that there is ample evidence of self dealing among Zenith's directors and LGE for the Delaware State Chancery Court to take appropriate actions in behalf of the entire community of Zenith.>>

If it can be proved that Goldman acted on inside information this case could have far reaching ramifications for Wall Street for Goldman is King of the Old Guard.

If David Greising wants to take this on I hope the Chicago Tribune backs him up for this story gets to the heart of a lot of what's wrong with the major power firms on Wall Street.

Here's what I think:

The grip big firms have on Wall Street has been obliterated.
The Internet is taking away their control over trading.
Old line firms like Goldman and Merrill are scrambling to guy ECNs in an effort to retain some semblance of where things are heading. The more the Internet grows, the more their investment and influence on the NYSE declines.

Financial reporters like David Griesing could make new names for themselves with a story like this one with Zenith.

Why?

Because this story is about the "little guy" - the public shareholder vs. Wall Street self dealing with large corporations.

This story is about truth and justice vs. fraud and lies.

This story has legs.

This story stinks.

LG, Goldman, inside information and an audit trail that ties the entire pack of liars together.

Come on David.

Get your sling shot ready.

Goliath is waiting.

We're behind you 1000%

Peace.

GO!!
