Peter I 've done some homework on this and I would say that if someone had the money to buy jabil out-right they would have to pay somewhere between 4.5 - 5 time's forward rev's ,the buyout today would be 12bil at least or about 150 bucks.jmho

JBL is my largest holding now and I am long term core on this stock but I am not so optimistic as Patroller. As the ECM companies grow much larger, and as I posted earlier, I think their margins will converge to around a net 3% and valuations converge and SCI PSRs are a better standard of what to expect. Paul K's past valuations standards if I recall were in the 1- 1.2 PSR range and the last Merger Prospectuses I read discussed similar valuations for Tier 1 ECMs. But with the rev growth anticipated this will still be very rewarding. It is interesting how much press there is now talking about ECMs when we have been discussing it for almost 2 years.
