Billserv ticker symbol changes temporarily
Billserv.com Inc. announced that its symbol has been changed by the OTC Bulletin Board to BLLSE until the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) closes the comment period with regard to the company's Form 10 registration statement. The company is already a reporting company with the SEC and is current in its filings, but the SEC has yet to confirm that it has no further comments with regard to the company's registration statement filed on June 11, 1999.
