It may have been too long. I will break it up:

Pugs posted recently that the cause of the problem was that the "control person" Charlie walked off with papers so that when the company issued the 10K more than a year later the company was not able to reconstruct the information, even though they are a very small company... This lead to the following posts regarding Charlie and then some others about Tall the webmaster, Icabod and of course Pugs posting to himself as Bmart...
Bob Quiel stated the following regarding the short back then:
From: PUHR005 <PUHR005@aol.com> Return-path: <PUHR005@aol.com> Subject: Re: AZNT/RMIL Date: Mon, 13 Apr 1998 16:28:01 EDT
Dear XXXXXXXXX:
The major short in AZNT is with Zapara. That happened in a rather strange manner. Zapara was given over 400,000 shares of S-8 stock and could not support the stock as he said he would. The stock was recalled from Zapara legally. He resisted but AZNT got a temporary restraining order against ZAPARA selling any more stock. Several accounts that he had under different names and with different Securities firms were notified by the Judge to freeze the accounts. All of the stock and money was and still is frozen. A permanent restraining order was issued by the courts. As far as we can tell, Zapara sold about 1/2 the position. AZNT is currently working legally to obtain the shares back from the various accounts. The court will, I am confident, instruct the Securities firms to return the securities at the next court hearing. Hence, there is a short by default. The money is in the accounts and will be used to go out and buy the securities. If Zapara is short money wise, then he will have to pony up the money to buy the shares regardless the cost. If there is not enough money in the accounts, then the brokerage firms will have to pay for the stocks out of their pockets. Mork is not shorting AZNT. He is involved with too many other things, including the law suit he has with OVIS/RMIL. I am not involved with Mork in any manner, however if he wants to pay me a consulting fee for any reason, I will probably work for him. Him paying me is not likely. Mork is being kind to Zapara so that he may get 100,000 shares of OVIS from him and that is the only reason. If Zapara cooperates with Mork, then Zapara will be released from the lawsuit. Any other shorts with AZNT are minimal.

Pugs,
It appeared to me that Tonto was posting many 'untruths' to this board this afternoon and at an urgent pace. It suggested to me that he was performing damage control. Since, any rational man would leave his flooded basement to defend shortsellers and mediate justice on a board of a BB stock he had no interest in, or does he? I watched, with great amusement, as Tonto dismissed your knowledge of AZNT. I also witnessed his outlandish and self-serving overveiw he just posted to the board. As far as AZNT is concerned, Dempsey Mork informed Charlie that he asked Zapara to short AZNT. He informed Charlie , over a speakerphone, with witnesses, he would "short it to $.10 ". Charlie also was aware of Mork shorting stocks through Vancouver. Also, Zapara was paid $25,000.00/month and still has 100,000 free-trading shares out of his original 500,000 shares. There is no truth to Tonto's bounced check tale.
It appears, to me, that Tonto is very intimate with Mork, Baker, Kugler and Martin, yet insults the board by suggesting he help mediate a solution to the ills the company has subjected to its shareholders. It appears that since RMIL can trade, they are simply waiting for the $10MM to arrive. (duh) The investor, from what I have gathered, has suggested thay the money will be accessible on 4/1. So, Tonto's kind offer to mediate, besides being quite humorous, appears , by its urgency, to be a last ditch effort. I have been quite amused and wish RMIL shareholders and delightful ending to this saga. Charlie at AZNT suggested a small dividend or a change in cusip number to call the shorts, but I believe the RMIL float is in certificate form. I also believe Mr. Reece will be very satisfied, I hear RMIL will make numerous "public" releases as trading resumes. Good day

Tonto, It appears you spend your day going from one BB stock to another, always trying to uncover a 'scam' on behalf of those who hold illegal short positions in those particular stocks. You never directly answer or respond to relative questions or contentions. You are never bullish on any of these stocks you attempt to 'dissect' on behalf of shortsellers. Your profile states you like to "turnaround companies", I guess we can gather you mean to turn them for the worse so those who have illegally shorted never have to cover. You work in sync with an unethical "unscrupolous" broker and the sludge he has for associates. I brought up Randall Baker, yet you evade him, you won't touch the subject with a ten ft. pole, though, I'm sure you know his relevance, as well as Morks, Kuglers',etc. Then you so calculatingly point out 'I' won't discuss the merits of an investment with you!! Show me one post where you ever strayed from your good-cop tanking persona to post objectively about a company!? I'll talk to Charlie about AZNT and to you about aiding illegal shortsellers (stupid comment made again by Pugs).....unless of course you will finally address this; >>>>>
Randall Baker is the Chief Financial Officer of Bahui USA and is a member of its board of directors. After discharge from the United States Navy, Mr. Baker began his investment career with the Pacific Coast Stock Exchange. After leaving the stock exchange, Mr. Baker worked in the securities industry, including twenty years with Wm. Mason & Company of Los Angeles, where he served as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Baker was responsible for data systems, trading, personnel, and client liaison. Mr. Baker has served as the compliance officer for two public companies.<<<<<<<
What is Mr. Bakers relationship with Dagny Young of Principal Securities? Why was Mr. Baker posting on the RMIL thread, hired by DEMPSEY MORK, when he is/was a licensed securities dealer? What is Mr. Bakers' involvement with RMIL other than putting out fradulent press releases and posting on the internet as an employee for Dempsey Mork? Who were the "unscrupolous brokers" who illegally shorted AZNT? Why won't you respond to these questions relevant to AZNT, RMIL and the abusive , illegal practice of undeclared, naked SHORTING on the OTC BB?? You have a lot of nerve to demand answers when you do nothing but EVADE them.

You know about Zapara, but you don't know who the low-life brokers and shorters are!? <LOL> If Charlie didn't give you the info on Zapara, I can imagine who did......you're judged by the crowd you keep y'know? Pugs

Maybe so in AZNT, but in RMIL's case, I know for a fact there is an extreme naked and illegal short position. Other than reading through their Company web site, I really know nothing about AZNT's products and services. I had also talked with someone named Charlie that relayed the Zapara/Mork incident and how they (AZNT) were going after the illegal and naked shorts with a passion. I don't own any of it, but I am watching this one closely. Riley G

Charlie this Charlie that, WHO CARES he is a non-event and not a player in this picture. We have a market that is going to explode. If they want to sell it is at their loss. 800,000 in the float and its decreasing and the short is increasing. NEWS IS COMING NEWS IS COMING.

Charlie was a Canadian consultant for AZNT. The company discovered that he was in the United States illegally, and he is no longer with them. ___________________________________________________

Rich, I believe that Charlie was an investor with AZNT.

You said, "Charlie, the old AZNT CEO...", and I would just like to clarify that Charlie was not the CEO of Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. at any time. __________________________________________________

exchange2000.com It appears Pugs was right SMartin, Mork and Zapara did the same play at AZNT that they did with RMIL. AZNT will now squeeze as Pugs predicted. I guess we can expect the same at RMIL. I will be counting the days.
