web-- imagine the acceptance visa would have had with retailers if they demanded 20k up front per year to handle CC transactions (sure with some of the larger stores this would be great, but thats not the point). instead, visa goes with a transaction based model. the best part is that once the SW is in place, there is little likelyhood of it being removed in favor of another. its a weird game, and we are still early in it. however, it looks like we have a good shot at being invested in a winner, despite what the equity market thinks. actually, i am glad the company is being priced as it is.... i love a bargain<G>. good luck to all, trey
