Let's see .. "mud factor" .. "nasty whipsaw" I love it. My two cents would be simply that the fed is using the bias factor for control of the market .. cause like you they know
what happens after 3 rate increases in a row. Also if the dollar/yen relationship doesn't improve .. and our economy suffers .. then the fed could change the bias or actually lower once before rasing again and that would change the "after three" cycle. All IMHO of course.
