DDIM yes, I have this at 9. When bot this last trade at nine, I thought I knew the fundamentals, and was confident it would move back into the 20's fairly easy. WRONG. It is now 1.50. The reports that came out after my last entry were horrible. This all during the past year. anyways, some good news out today ... could put it on the quote.coms top ten gainers (guessing) if the momo crowd starts to hype it. So worth watching today for flips. The chart had gone flat the last week .... this I am pretty sure is one of the pre-requisites for a momo play. I would hazard a guess that it could go to +1/4 or +3/8 today. But if the momo crowd does not get on it, it may do nothing. possible revenue for the coming Quarter .......biz.yahoo.com Wednesday October 6, 5:00 pm Eastern Time Company Press Release SOURCE: Data Dimensions, Inc. Data Dimensions Announces Completion of Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) Assessment for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska BELLEVUE, Wash., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Data Dimensions, Inc. (Nasdaq: DDIM - news) today announced that it has completed a HIPAA readiness assessment for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska. The assessment followed a four-prong compliance framework developed by Data Dimensions which helps healthcare organizations determine their state of readiness and determine the scope of their HIPAA compliance efforts. HIPAA was enacted in August of 1996 and was essentially designed to improve ''portability'' of health insurance as insureds move from one employer to another and to improve administration of the healthcare industry. The Administrative Simplification provisions of HIPAA mandate electronic information exchange for the industry, including claims processing, by the end of 2002 and provides the framework for that to be accomplished. ''Just as the Year 2000 problem is a business issue and not just an information technology issue, the HIPAA Administrative Simplification requirements affect every entity that exchanges healthcare data electronically. Organizations will have to examine their e-business strategies in light of the new requirements and determine how they want to work with their stakeholders and trading partners. The assessment provides Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska with data upon which they can base critical business decisions and ensure they have ample time to leverage HIPAA strategically,'' said Diana Haramboure, vice president of healthcare with Data Dimensions. ''Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska is committed to serving our customers and providers by consistently developing and delivering cost-effective products in the healthcare financing marketplace. We believe that HIPAA is one of the most significant challenges facing healthcare companies today. We want to make sure that we are ready and that we are even better able to serve our stakeholders as a result of our HIPAA implementation,'' said Terry Groves, senior vice president of Information Services for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska. ''We have worked closely with Data Dimensions on our Year 2000 project and felt that their knowledge of our applications and processing environment, coupled with their healthcare knowledge and experience made them a logical choice to perform our HIPAA assessment. We believe the work performed by Data Dimensions will help us to make HIPAA implementation decisions going forward,'' said Groves.
