I just dug deep yesterday, just in case, this is for real.

I am going to do some work on the numbers at Damoti, and Market Cap.

I just found the News release we got in mail on Aug 19,1997.

Jim Golden , President of Sierra Mining and Engineering.

he figured there was 4 to 6 zones, and with the deep hit at 810 to 818 ft of .0434 oz per ton,
that blew out the old theory of a shallow syncline,

That's why I stayed, DAMOTI LAKE, now it look like ZOPILOTE could be the real McCoy too.

All I have to do is think of the Lupin Mine, and I sure can see the
2.5 to 3 mil oz easy at Damoti. maybe more, that's some high grade stuff.

I am going to use 20 mil shares on my valuation.
(18 mil out now, 2 mil more on flow thru for Damoti.)

That would be super to sell Atlanta, I think it must be close, with the new gold price, and TWG stock flying high,

This is crazy, I really do not like to do appraisals , and I am a Broker, but I go crazy on gold stocks.

Any way, AEM is taking care of business for me, I like the old school better, AEM has never hedged, Paul Penna learned how the gold market works, you have to have Cash in bank, and not to much debt, to be a true gold mine.

Kaplan is great in some things, and it was NO surprise about the hedgers to ME, I go in to all the crazy stuff, that turns out to be true, I think ABX could be called to carpet.!!!

When I get time, numbers will be out.

IMO, this is for real, AEM is my standard, over 9 and I am full bull.

AEM is my Standard and Standard Mining is my AEM.!!!

Jim, great work up on Zopilote, Here is my kind of Guy.

If he would would only tell it like he feels. LOL

Old figures on Zopilote,

AUGUST 8, 1996

Value of Quest's Honduran Asset Approaches Total Company
Market Cap

RENO, NEVADA--Quest International Resources Corporation and its wholly owned
subsidiary Aurora Exploracion (Honduras) S. de R.L. announced today the
completion of an internal feasibility study on its Zopilote Property in
Honduras. The study concludes that Zopilote contains a minable and
recoverable reserve of approximately 157,000 ounces of gold at an average
grade of .049 ounces of gold per ton. Capital costs to put Zopilote in
production are estimated to be 5 million dollars with cash operating costs
forecasted to be $200 per ounce. This property is expected to result in a
net cash flow from operations over a six year period of 29 million dollars
commencing in calendar 1998. Zopilote is owned 100% by Quest.

During the month of July, two major mining companies conducted a
conservative property evaluation of Quest's Zopilote Project and
confirmed the reserve calculations. Quest is currently preparing
a Request For Proposal (RFP) for a bankable feasibility study
which will be prepared by a reputable outside engineering firm
and pending results will explore options for loan guarantees
which may be available from the World Bank and the International
Monetary Fund.

An application has already been filed for the Environmental
License with the Honduran government which will allow conversion
from an Exploration Permit to an Exploitation Concession.

The Zopilote ore body is still open on one side and has excellent
geologic potential to double or triple in size, according to Don
Gustafson, President Quest International.

Zopilote Last up date on Reserves in Honduras.

RESOURCES: In-Place Mineralization

Main Resource Area: 4,747,000 tonnes @ 1.64 gpt Au
New Resource Area: 2,246,800 tonnes @ 2.07 gpt Au
Total: 6,993,800 tonnes @ 1.78 gpt Au (400,300 ozs)

Standards ore looks rich . So far, and that doen't even figure the new
anomaly.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

One buy for 4,000 today, bid raised to .19, penny by penny, we are getting it back.

We got killed on 1 for 5, but I figure to make it back at this price.

Went thru same think with DBLE, and now it 3 5/8. Oil depression, NO buyers

All I have to think is what is at Damoti, and it is all worth it.

Someday.

What can ya say, I sure don't think that is us.

I sure wish it was, I would put one up, if not to expensive, just for informtion, The old Quest one is history.

if you ever want to run a check, do it here.

networksolutions.com

I can use tyrexresources.com, but not tyrex

Jim, I am going to figure Zopilote this way. 100 million cash flow. IMO

check my work.

I am figuring that 1 mil ozs is there, time will tell, but 150sq Kil, and two new anomalies, that's not a bad number.

gold price, low figure over a few years,

310 average,

cash cost per oz 200, high figure.

market value of product, + 310 million.

cost of production, - 200 million.

mill, etc, - 10 million
________________________________________
net profit 100 million cash flow.

Now look at this, I would bet my bottom dollar, more gold is there, just look at our neighbor, they are finding and adding reserves all the time.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

somebody is going to want to J V this, IMO. no hype, just going on facts.

The company's exploration program is continuing at its Zopilote property in
Honduras. A senior mining company and Standard have joined forces to expand
the soil-sampling grid on the property. Standard has agreed to let the senior
company review all soil-sample assays on the property in return for that company
paying for the assaying costs associated with the collecting of the soil-samples by
Standard personnel. There is no other obligation by Standard to the senior
company. Soil-sampling to date has shown that the anomalous zone is much larger
than first anticipated. The soil-sampling continues to identify drill targets which
could possibly expand the existing gold resource.
The company is preparing to review past work on the Damoti Lake property in
the Northwest Territories. The property is approximately 200 kilometres north of
Yellowknife. It is a lupin-style banded iron formation gold deposit with a
drill-indicated resource of 620,000 ounces. The property is structurally complex
with many high-grade gold intersections. An exploration program will be designed
to continue the exploration on strike. The structure appears to be continuous over
a length of 12 to 13 kilometres.
