It would take a book to answer your questions. CTLA4-Ig blocks molecules known as B7-1 and B7-2. Don't know which ABGX project you're talking about.... anti-IL-8? BTRN's antibody, if it works by the mechanism described by research from Belgium and France, is a much more targeted approach. However, I see no evidence that MEDI is testing it at concentrations that actually test this capacity.

Your question is just too basic for me to proceed, and if you hone it I won't have the time to answer in any event.

I can only suggest that you review the IDPH, BGEN and BTRN threads in detail. There is an existing web page that might help you, but not certain that it's yet public.
