Auric, what I think the SEC should do is have an independent auditor look at ZSUN's financials. How can any accounting firm issue two sets of audited financials? Its like someone having two sets of books. One that they give to the IRS and one that they keep in a safe. Speaking of the IRS I believe they also deserve to be notified since we have copies of both sets of financials. Unlike the SEC the IRS is never slow about this type of activity.
