FG;

Are these accountants as good as Jones Jensen? Touting another OTCBB reverse merger POS again....silly tout!

OSCR is a joke, and a bad one at that...imagine an ISRAELI company whose website is shopSS, sounds more like something the Aryan Nation would set up.

OSCR claimed to have their Form 10 filed month ago.

Recognize this....

PRN ONE STOP.COM TO BECOME FULLY REPORTING BY JUNE 30 May 25 1999 9:14

BROOKLYN, N.Y., May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- OSCM-One Stop.Com, Inc., previously One Stop Car of Florida, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: OSCR), the developer of the
innovative www.shopss.com web site, announced today that it is in the process of completing audited financials and will begin releasing unaudited quarterly financial statements beginning with the results for second quarter 1999. Audited financials for the quarter ended March 31, are expected to be included in the Company's 10SB expected to be completed by the end of June.
"We are committed to becoming a fully reporting company as quickly as possible," said Israel M. Rosenfeld, OSCR chief executive. "Since taking over management of the Company last fall, we have added product lines, moved to acquire or partially acquire complementary firms, and begun to work toward becoming a complete communications provider. Becoming a reporting company will make it easier for shareholders and members of the financial community to become aware of our company and keep track of our progress toward our goals. We are please to announce that revenues, including those from affiliated companies, are ahead of projections and we already expect to show a profit from operations in the first half of 1999," he added.

I see no filings from this lying OTCBB reverse merger POS.

Buyer Beware!

Is their some special reason the name of these top accounts cannot be given out? After all, it will be in the 10SB which will be filed a couple of months ago, so why hide it? You know, the last time I heard you say anything about top accountants and then not list the name, it was Jones Jensen. Then when the name came out, and the white hats showed you where they were the one's that did the books for Golf Ventures(crushed by the SEC for false numbers) you still touted Jones Jensen as a good bunch. At least you were on their bandwagon until last week when ZSUN pulled the first batch of audited numbers they did and went with the newer batch.(that has just as many problems)

So why not name these accountants unless you're scared like you were with Jones Jensen, that it can quickly be shown what other scummy companies they've worked for.

Then their's your profit projections. We've all seen you make those on ZSUN but when pressed on where you're numbers come from, you go into a name calling attack. Finally there's your wonderful belief in management, like with EVCM a few weeks ago.
I can't wait for this one to nose over and head back down so you can tout how cheap you were in and how you sold at the top.
