#3 will probably have earnings sure, but at the time of the scan it was a momentum play from an excellent company... In essence you can say its an earnings play by default, but I didn't intend it to be one

shorted NTOP 56 1/4 now 52 3/8. Shorted RHAT 90 1/2 now 88 3/4. PHCM. darn I should have held it but I won't be greedy (i should have held it).. soon time to short it though (i should have held it).. but geez 18 points ..(5 minute chart) PHCM has not fallen below its 20 point Moving average once even this morning, just hugging the upper bollinger band. ADX still climbing and the +DX is well above -DX.. still not a short. Will short when the RSI which is way overbought slopes down from its overbought territory. That last doji and first red candle since 9:30 might be significant but with such a stock it could just be another notch. many white bullish candles..
