Panita...on Vivendi, I'm an owner of a big chunk of Softbank, which is doing a JV with Vivendi in Europe. V is a leading media/telecom company in Europe with interests in Canal+, Cegetel, and Havas. SFTBF deal with V was to develop internet businesses throughout Europe. Personally, I know more about SFTBF than I do V, but a bit about each. I also know everyone is trying to figure out for Europe who will be the next Son-san of Japan or Bill Gates of US.
