Well I think the fact that it hasn't tanked already is a good sign. If it can stay in this range an hour before the New York close we might see it break through the resistance at end of day.

Even if it doesn't break resistance I think it's still a very bullish sign as long as it doesn't break down (there's a very small possibility that could still happen).

I suspect it will rally in Asia tonight.
