Another one of Rande's excellent picks...HEAR up to over 14 today on low volume. News came out a few days ago, the market seems to like it. With some PR and volume, next resistance is 17, then 25.

About the HearMe Live Voice Product Line

HearMe VoicePresence

With HearMe VoicePresence, Web site publishers drop in a small software device to Web pages in minutes. The device automatically links to HearMe-operated servers and offers scalable, reliable real-time voice capabilities. A consumer-friendly application, HearMe VoicePresence features an intuitive interface that requires minimal installation (it downloads in less than 40 seconds on a 28.8 K modem) and effort by the consumer.

With a PC, microphone, and speakers, consumers can easily join a variety of voice activities. Site developers can enjoy the benefits of adding voice communications to their Web site, without worrying about the infrastructure required to scale it to thousands of simultaneous users. HearMe VoicePresence supports both Netscape and Internet Explorer browsers and will not conflict with most corporate firewalls. HearMe VoicePresence is free and will be available later this month for general distribution. An evaluation version is available now; for more details interested parties should go to the HearMe Web site: www.hearme.com/company/products.

HearMe SDK

With the HearMe Software Developer's Kit (SDK), sites can add live voice communications to existing applications in a matter of days. The SDK is lightweight -- adding less than 100K of data to most applications. Applications created with the HearMe SDK are immediately voice-enabled by connecting to the HearMe operated servers. The HearMe SDK supports both Web and stand-alone applications through JavaScript and ActiveX interfaces.

Yahoo! Inc. uses technology from HearMe to incorporate live voice capabilities into Yahoo! Messenger, Yahoo!'s popular instant messaging and notification product. This effort, in part, led to the development of the HearMe SDK. "Live voice adds a compelling, personal aspect to Internet
communication that appeals to our users," explained Brian Park, senior producer, Yahoo! "We were able to take advantage of HearMe's experience operating voice services to offer a voice application that requires no additional download and is simple and easy to use."

The HearMe SDK is available now for select customers, and can be found on the HearMe Web site at www.hearme.com/company/products. General availability of
the HearMe SDK is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 1999. Pricing is based on a monthly service fee, and is tiered according to the desired number of concurrent users.

HearMe Starter Applications

HearMe Starter Applications are a set of highly customizable, ready-to-use, voice-enabled applications, including instant messaging, paging, chat and whiteboard.
Allowing developers to add voice interactivity to a Web site in a matter of days, the Starter Applications also incorporate system level management and scalability features to make operating, managing, and scaling these applications simple. The HearMe Starter Applications product is scheduled to be available in the fourth quarter of 1999 and is priced based on the number of concurrent users. A free 16-user evaluation license will be available at www.hearme.com/company/products.

HearMe POP.X 2.0

POP.X 2.0 is a comprehensive technology platform for customers who want to build and operate their own interactive applications, which can easily be voice-enabled using the HearMe SDK. POP.X provides a complete set of tools for managing back-end systems, scaling, and managing fault tolerance to allow developers to focus on the issues involved with creating a great user experience.

The product assures high system availability through fault tolerance and redundancy, resulting in a system with no single point of failure. POP.X also simplifies site
administration, offering: a single user interface for monitoring numerous applications, proactive tools that alert administrators to system problems, and remote system
configuration capabilities. POP.X 2.0 also integrates easily with legacy systems through built-in industry standard interfaces. HearMe POP.X supports a range
development platforms including Java, C/C++, and Shockwave.

Razorfish, a leading digital communications company that provides Web design, development and system integration for leading companies, has chosen HearMe
POP.X as the Web development platform of choice for building real-time interaction and live voice for their clients' sites.

"HearMe's POP.X is a robust and efficient platform that enables us to bring real-time interactivity to our clients' projects," said Todd Drake, director of technology at
Razorfish. "Not only can we use POP.X to create engaging online sites for our clients, but we can also apply it towards building corporate intranets for companies
communicating across wide geographic areas on shared projects."

POP.X 2.0 is available now at the HearMe Web site, www.hearme.com/company/products and is free for developers deploying applications with up to 16 peak
simultaneous users. Pricing for licenses above 16 concurrent users is based on concurrent usage.

Thanks Kevin for your read on NPNT. I was just looking at the chart. Maybe another couple days for any further gains, but it sure looks nice. Looks like the bottom was hit earlier this week and wouldn't expect much downside from here given the sector they're in and the current trend. I'm holding for now.

Best Regards,
KT
