"By the way I tried the other ideas first before I asked what to do on this thread." this brings up a great point. if a person asking for assistance is able to, it's always a good idea to include a few of the basics for those of us who are ready to kick in with suggestions. one of those basics would be what you have already tried that did not work. very helpful and saves time all around. naturally, some other valuable info to provide would be operating system and browser and browser version. :) mark
