I said, "___k you." He was a very scary guy, but, you know, less than the bear. I've learned to say that a lot more. I think I used to be more patient and polite. But it really takes too long. This story is so funny. I was thinking it could go on the 50-words-or-less thread, but it's too long, and I can't see a word that should come out. This whole dialogue has been very cheering.

Great ostrich story!! LOL! You're right about the game parks and the body shops being in cahoots. Someone I know went through one in an older Buick Skylark with a vinyl roof. There was a little spot at the front where the vinyl had pulled loose from under the windshield moulding. Well, it didn't more than a couple of seconds for some monkeys to find that loose chunk of vinyl and start yanking on it until they had peeled the roof like a giant banana.... Monkeys 5 -- Humans 0
