Yeah, maybe this is why I broke out in a rash all over my body. But there is a way out, I can non-suit one and refile it, but my client isn't going to like it. In a way, I really hate to have to try it, anyway, but there's no way out. She bought a plate of food, black beans and rice, at a Chinese restaurant in a food court, which turned out to have roaches in it. They offered $25,000, but she turned it down, she wants $300,000. Her only injury is that it made her nauseated, she threw up and had diarrhea. Or maybe I should call another lawyer and ask if she wants to try it for me. I really hate trial work, you know. I wish I'd never gotten into it.
