The name Amhrein is the more uncommon. It appears in the SEC filings for only one company:

There's somebody named Martin Amhrein who is listed as selling shareholder in the 1997 SB-2 prospectus for Visual Data Corp.(nasdaq:vdat), which a money-losing internet/television company based in Florida. This guy owned 30,000 shares, which is not really a whole lot. The footnote to his name indicates that he was one of many investors to have bought some convertible preferred stock.

That's it for the name Amhrein as far as SEC filings go.

No way of knowing yet whether he's the Amhrein who is involved with Foley and Hitsgalore. We don't even have a first name for the guy involved in the Amhrein Foley Group.
