The name "Peter Foley" shows up for several different people in the Edgar database. Most of the filing companies did not have have stock symbol indicated at 10k Wizard. Among those that do have stock symbols, was American Country Holings, ACHI, a small insurance company which at one time had a vice president named Peter. H. Foley. There's a mortgage guy in Massachussets, an insurance guy in Chicago, somebody who works for General Electric Capital Corp., a guy who works for Toronto-Dominion Bank in Canada, and finally one guy who is mildly interesting: A prospectus for Lowrance Electronics, LEIX, which makes fishing sonar. It refers to a: Peter F. Foley , III (1) 2,100 Boone Bait Company Direct 440 Plumosa Avenue Casselbury, FL 32707* As it turns out, altavista shows the same Pete Foley at a fishing site on the Cayman Islands: caymans.com Curious, but still not likely to be the same guy.
