Intel is not pushing the state of the art in microprocessor architecture technology. They may be trying to push mass manufacturing of cheaper chips, but IMO they should be seeing manufacturing problems not architecture engineering bugs. I have plenty of engineering management experience it is clear that something is wrong with their engineering process at Intel. If you are a monopoly you can get by with this but Intel is starting to see serious competition. Will they be able to retain their stronghold on the market without a quality product being brought to market that works as advertised and on schedule.???
