Mark - I got out in early Sept. and have been sitting on the sidelines since, waiting for something to nudge me back in. Now that PPRT has slid a little, I think it's time for me to reread the last several months' worth of SEC filings and news reports and play with the financials again, adjusted for the conversion (as best as I can figure it). I'm still watching PPRT because the consumer market in which PPRT plays reportedly has solid growth in its future, and PPRT seems to play as well as any of the others. Like with the various publicly traded microbreweries, however, sometimes it's difficult to determine which player will make it and which won't, what with the whims of the consumers, regardless of the relative merits of their products. Wish I were a hypochondriac -- maybe I'd know the market better. 8-), of course. Regards, Harry J.
