Dear Steve: OK, I presume you looked at the whole 8-k to come to the guarantee part. I know they didnt put in the financials yet (wish they had) but did you notice the part about the "extra" payments (thats not what its called I just forgot the name). Anyhow, the figures they had in there were plenty big as I recall. Since most of the purchase is CASH only 300k shares this acquisition might be VERY accretive. Stock price is really down. I am wondering if this could be a REAL STEAL now. Have you looked at this and formulated any conclusions? If so please share them with me either privately or on the thread. JDN
