Keep in mind that the DOW and SPX was down 10% so there is some catch there to the upside of course, but watch what happens when the DOW and SPX gets near its highs, if it gets that high. If it doesnt it could still be in a downtrend, with the sector rotation in the HiTECHs mainly. I dont think sector rotation will end untill there is a correction big enough.
