Ramsey they can do as they wish at anytime any bias. They tighten this summer with a neutral bias....

FWIW, it was discussed on CNBC late session yesterday. Concern was over the September employment report due tomorrow. Since the August report was considerably low, the expectation is that this month's could exceed expectations. The between meetings rate hike was mentioned in conjunction with that discussion/conjecture.

Ramsey Su: I don't know either, I was more intrigued with the possibility of a between meeting hike. I suspect that would generate the same results as last year, just the opposite direction.
