Jim, Clearly SanDisk is positioned to be a major player in this area and have all the core competencies to succeed. The fact that they are small and growth will come at considerable short-term expense is not worrisome to me. I still believe 2001 and 2002 have the potential to be monster years for SNDK if we can get the engineering down and wafer yields up at a reasonable cost. The investment in the Virginia fab will cost a total of $800 million between the partners for capital equipment purchases. The empty building with a clean room (brick & mortar) will be leased. Can anybody on the Thread summarize the c.c. for the benefit of the group? I am looking forward to next Wednesday. This last week has been crammed full of key developments for this company. Funny that the price dip is occuring in concert with all of this late breaking news. Last purchased at $55 3/4. How did I do??? Ausdauer
