Starnet Withdraws NASDAQ Application ST. JOHNS, Antigua, Oct 7, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Starnet Communications International Inc. (OTC BB:SNMM) ("Starnet") announced today that it has decided to withdraw its application for a national market listing with NASDAQ. The company will remain quoted as an OTC BB stock and re-file the application upon clearly meeting all requisite quantitative and non-quantitative criteria.
