First of all you said before that all the shorts have already covered. In your own words you said they'd be crazy to still hold a short position under 5.

Second, if I held a short that was going to the pinks I'd be doing cartwheels :), not panic covering. What could be better, the stock goes to pennies, you never have to cover, and you get a legal tax free gain. Come on now, think of a better explanation.
