I dunno for sure but like I said in my own opinion the only reason for an exclusive would be strictly for the benefit of HABE shareholders. Orex has their agreement and all that goes with it.

Orex made the deal and can under the open door agreement. HABE will get something out of it I am sure however, Orex is getting the public attention because they are doing what they said they were going to do. If Haber does not give another contract or agreement to another mining concern then Orex is the only one with an agreement.

Now if Haber does give another agreement and it creates a conflict of interest I could see some nasty scenarios since this whole promotion is at the $$$ of Orex. Plus their agreement was first.

What I do not understand is why Haber wants to do it this way. But I do not own HABE, so really I do not care. If an exclusive comes down and HABE stock quits increasing in its structure I might look at getting back in it but I doubt it.

I followed the creator once before and not the end user. Wont make that costly mistake again.

:-)
