"MER Telemanagement Solutions designs, develops, markets and supports a line of telecommunications management solutions that enable business organizations and other enterprises to more effectively manage their communication resources. For the 3 months ended 3/31/99, revenues increased 35% to $2.9M. Net loss decreased 68% to $126K. Tom
