How do you do that? Investors throw 99.999% of their money at a 100 or so of the most popular stocks (insert any combination of POS semis/techs/nets etc. here) which by coincidink seem to be the most heavily weighed in the indices. Every other stock not included in the above could go to zero tomorrow, and you'd still have CNBS saying stocks look great right here and to back the friggin truck up. :P

The only way to sort things out is to send stock market where it belongs - down!
