True. But when is the first class action going to come out? Obviously someone leaked something. Pretty clear in the tape. I am on the sidelines for now.

First I myself am too skiddish to buy most anything long at this moment--including IMCL,but one thing is evident,as you say C225 is a hot item, something inherently quite valuable, and such it has become a center for contention.
Regards leak, the finger is being pointed at a panic on the part of a Volpe Brown analyst who on reading the "revised"
S-1 thought the new wording was "big trouble" and this got running from firm to firm such that yesterday morning Morgan Stanley called their clients telling them to get out--this
being reported by such a client on the Yahoo! thread(he bragged he didn't sell).
Faber on CNBC got this really collapsing with a hatchet job
in early going and Joe Kernen had to pick up the pieces by
giving IMCL's view, which he stated the CEO said basically POPPYCOCK!--but I gather he said much more than POPPYCOCK!,
and from the point that Kernan presented IMCLONE'S side of the story the stock strengthened---strange brew:) Max90
