Bill, It's really impressive to see how well crude has adhered to it's seasonal pattern this year. It started it's spring rally a few weeks early, had it's end of spring correction a few weeks early and has topped a week or two early here in Oct but it has really followed the seasonal chart. ( I am looking at the one prepared by SSB this past june using data from 1984- to 1998 for one line and 90-98 for the other data line.) The seasonals say we could trend lower into the end of Feb. well see if Y2K can overide this pattern, and we have been much strong in an uptrend this year contrasted with most years in the past 15.
