The annual shareholders meeting should be in February, last year it was on 2/23/99. In a news item on 9/28/99, it was noted that the Q will request at the shareholders meeting that additional be authorized, the purpose for the increase was not stated. I doubt a stock split until at least 2/00, unless the Q intends to split twice within 5 months, which I would consider unlikely.
