Yes. They would then own 100% of SibMach. Assuming Mr. Gardt's intends to pursue listings in Germany and the U.S., he will have to do several things, some of which include: 1) Making the new company fully-reporting. 2) Ensuring that any SEC questions that may be potentially pending are satisfactorily resolved. 3) (& I believe this is required) Add outside directors. He would also, it seems, have to make sure that the new company has the best possible legal counsel in both the U.S. and Europe, as well as a strong working relationship with a brokerage/underwriting firm for market support. I'm sure there is a longer list of necessaries, not the least of which is state-of-the-art stockholder communications. It seems obvious that Alex and Birte did not want to spend their time on the above pursuits, and were thus ready to sell the company. Looks like Gardt disagreed, and had enough clout (i.e., shares) to stop that and take over. No question this puts us back into the wait-and-see mode. But the potential reward is now back to $20 to $ 40 in 2 to 3 years, rather than the quick 4-and-out. If Gardt does this right, I still have no complaint. BTW: As far as we know, this has no effect on FENV, though we will still have to await further information. Also, Win-Door probably didn't just beam up to another star system, and I'd expect to hear from them eventually. Don't get the wrong idea, I really expected Alex to get the sale on. It appears that we have seen the game change completely this week. Sit back with a beer and a dog and watch the new game.
