Just a little summary for any uninformed people who might be misled into buying this stock. DON'T!!! AVOID THIS POS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!! 1. Company will be delisted tomorrow and go to the pink sheets. 2. Company's own auditors say the company is in desperate need of cash and express doubt in the company's ability to continue as an ongoing concern. 3. Still no website(even if there is one, who cares!! How can they compete with the likes of Microsoft, Amazon, Yahoo, and Ebay?) 4. Company's previous auditor, Deloitte and Touche dumped them and wouldn't sign off on the form 10 5. Mark Rosenberg, the only one at the company with any internet business experience at all recently left the company. 6. Company's two directors and largest shareholders have questionable pasts and were found by the Nevada Gaming Commission to be "Not fit to run a public company." Both have been sued by past business associates numerous times. 7. Company is currently named as a defendant in numerous class action law suits for SEC violations and defrauding investors.
