Can one of the industry guys take a look at the Coastal Carribean board (CCO). They just won a court cast in FL and have the exclusinve rights to drill offshore within the state-owned lease area, but I'm trying to understand the value of their leases, other than some WAGs re the value of the oil beneath them. Oil and Gas Jrnl estimated there may be tens of billions of barrels of oil in the 800,000 acres CCO has leased. How would such a lease be priced if sold to one of the E&Ps? There is a lot of detail avilable on the CCO thread if you go back far enough, and relatively few mesages to read.

Anyone care to take a look? The stock was up 30%+ today, (up a half --it now trades just under 2 bucks) but it could easily run another point or two once the info sinks in.
