Toby - I'd love it if that were to happen. Unfortunately, I think there are a lot of shares being held by people who want to get out at a profit, or just get out, by the end of the year (some for tax reasons). I don't have much hope that any rally will be sustained unless the rally is fueled by buyers new to ETPI. Right now it does not look like ETPI is successfully getting people's attention, even though the news is increasingly bright. Great story, but very few are paying attention....
