Hi, Betty,

You have hit precisely on what I meant when I said that the overall tone could be a problem, rather than a specific insult. As you can see from my postings, I have enormous respect for E; she is a wonderful person and a treasured friend. I think she did not understand the nuances in her posting what she thought was simply a reasonable, albeit strong, opinion.
