Harold: I agree. I haven't bought it yet, but I'm ready...found this in the Venezuelan newspaper:

Luis T‚llez, Mexico?s energy and mines minister, revealed today that he and his counterparts from Venezuela and Saudi Arabia are to discuss what policy to pursue when oil production output agreements end next March.

The three countries helped engineer the accord currently in force that has seen the price of oil more than double in the last few months.

T‚llez said that price stability would act as the centerpiece of the meeting when the three ministers sit down next month in the Saudi capital of Riyadh.

Following that meeting, Venezuela?s Energy and Mines Minister Al¡ Rodr¡guez will continue to tour the area visiting other oil producing nations as he continues to prepare the agenda for the heads of state and oil ministers summit in Caracas beginning March 27 next year.
