Great sleuthing, Tom ... thanks for the links. At least we now know that some detailed research of this topic is available [ even if at a steep price tag! ] and that an organization is dedicated to discovering the ongoing current R & D for such scourges of man. The burning question is does Cel-Sci Corp, ie Multikine, L.E.A.P.S., HGP-30, et al, fit into this realm?? My best, T.
