I read through the Genetech patent and bought a pile towards the end of the trading day. I then read the Yahoo board and got a little worried. It seems to me even some longs still does not comprehend the difference between the Genetech patent and that of c225.As such, even this is a total non-issue there may still be doubt in the minds of some investors and this could put pressure on the stock, short term. As such, even though I want to load up more at this opportunity, I am preparing to buy some May options tomorrow instead of the common. In a few days or weeks, I think even the uninformed will come to grip with the fact and IMCL will rocket. I think the management screwed up big on this one. The Genetech patent claim and c225 are like apple and orange. The management should have just dismissed it totally but hey,what do I know, both apple and orange are fruits........and I have only written 8 biotech patents.
