I just checked it on Company Sleuth. You can get the report for $3.00. It does look like GNET is the one that filed the suit on 9/30/99

If I had to guess...

I would say GNET got stiffed on the Bidnow.com advertising agreement announced back in April.

For a couple of months Bidnow.com was advertising all over the GNET homepage...

Bidnow probably owes GNET some cash...

Just a guess...putting 2 and 2 together here...
